Nirankar (Punjabi: ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ, niraṅkār from the Sanskrit: ਨਿਰਾਕਾਰਾ/निराकारा nirākārā) means without form or formless and is used in the Sikh holy book, the Guru Granth Sahib, to refer to God.
The Nirankaris (members of Sant Nirankari Mission) are people who are devoted to the formless entity [Nirankar - निरंकार] The Nirankaris emphasize on the fact that God is always present around them and is always formless and in no particular form.
